Payara Services Wins Queen’s Award for Enterprise
Payara has been honoured with the most prestigious UK business award: the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Often called the “Knighthood for Businesses”, the Queen’s Award is also renowned worldwide, with Payara’s award particularly recognising our international success.
Established in 1965, the Awards single out and celebrate the most exciting and innovative businesses in the UK, with the International Trade award specifically aiming to celebrate those delivering impressive results on a global scale.
Payara was recognised for the award due to increasing its annual revenue by 107% over the last three years, with export sales more than doubling from 33% to 75% across 9 countries globally.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards are run by the Inspiring Workplaces Group, and they recognise companies across Europe that demonstrate a PeopleFirst culture, focusing on six core dimensions: culture & purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and experience.

Recognised for Excellence
In August 2021, we were presented with the trophy in an official ceremony, welcoming officials from across the Worcestershire region to acknowledge Payara’s success. These included Harriett Baldwin, MP for West Worcestershire; Vice Lord-Lieutenant Brigadier, Roger Brunt CBE; and Robert Elliot, Director of Business Engagement and Development for Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.
