Interview Process

If you look great on paper, we’ll be in touch to invite you to join our interview process. This involves one to three interviews and in some cases a task. The whole process usually takes two weeks.

Offer Letter

Congratulations! You have been selected as the best candidate for the role and team. You will be sent an offer and we hope you are excited to accept.

Payara Retreat is our annual on-location company conference. In 2024 all team members met in Spain and the retreat was filled with inspiring sessions, team-building activities and lots of fun such as the engaging team-building exercises and workshops. In the video you will also hear directly from our Founders and fellow Payarans as they share their insights on the importance of the retreat, what they valued most as well as what it brings to our company culture. Our annual retreat is a chance for us to come together, reflect on our successes, and look forward to the future.
