Scope
This policy applies to all aspects of employment: recruitment, terms and conditions, pay and benefits, training and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal and redundancy. It also applies to contractors, agency workers, freelancers, and job applicants.
Types of Discrimination
We prohibit direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, and victimisation. We prohibit any acts or policies that could disproportionately disadvantage or unfairly treat individuals or groups.
Responsibilities
Everyone in the business shares responsibility for promoting and upholding this policy. The leadership team and managers take a lead role in modelling inclusive behaviour and responding to concerns.
Recruitment and Selection

Training & Development
All employees have equal access to training, development, mentoring and promotion opportunities.
Reasonable Adjustments
We will make appropriate reasonable adjustments for employees and applicants with disabilities to support their participation and well-being.
Harassment and Reporting
We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment. All employees are encouraged to report concerns, with a clear procedure for investigation and resolution. Third-party harassment is also prohibited. Monitoring and Review
The policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness and to reflect changes in the law or company practices.
